How do we use your personal data?
Springvale Park - We use your personal data when we enter negotiation for the sale/purchase of one of our residential cabins or the rental of one of our apartments. Subsequently, we use personal data for the purpose of managing your account, for example, collection of ground rent, provision and charging for utilities and maintenance.
Springvale Fishing Lakes – We will use your personal data for the purpose of renting/allocating fishing pegs, either at a club level or individually. We will also process personal data when we take payment and for publicity purposes on our social media sites.

What personal data do we process?
We process a limited amount of data including names, addresses, email address, telephone number and bank details when cheque payments are made to us. Our lawful basis for processing this data is ‘performance of a contract’ as defined by article 6.1.b UK GDPR. We also process personal data associated with any legal requirements in the process of sales and rentals; our lawful basis for this is ‘legal obligation’ as defined by article 6.1.c UK GDPR. We operate a Facebook page for Springvale Fishing Lakes and images as well as names of individuals at our fishing events are published there. The lawful basis for publishing this information is ‘legitimate interest’ as defined by article 6.1.f UK GDPR. The legitimate interests we pursue are:

• Enhancing and developing our service offerings.

• Pursuing our business growth and development objectives.

You have the right to object to the legitimate interest processing.
